BackgroundDIT• As per the directives of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum,Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, TechnoPark wasestablished in 2003 as a science and technology park to further enhanceDubai’s economic development, as he said “Our region’s successdepends on creating an environment conducive to knowledge and onproviding tomorrow’s leaders with the motivation to build a betterfuture. It is our duty to make them great assets to themselves, theirnation and to the world.”• In this perspective, the government of Dubai has allocated a 21 MillionSQM plot of land for the project located to the west of Jebel Ali Free Zone.3
