offering of training programs. Our Technical Training<br />

Department provides standard and customized training that<br />

addresses the needs of welders, supervisors, engineers, owners and<br />

distributors.<br />

Technical and Professional Seminars<br />

Stay up-to-date with the latest welding technology by attending our technical seminars.This<br />

includes general overview programs or more focused programs on such topics as welding and<br />

fabricating of aluminum, stainless steel, high productivity MIG or sub-arc welding. Also attend one<br />

of our popular Omer Blodgett professional seminars. These classes, held for over 50 years, inform<br />

participants of the latest in engineering practices and concepts, ranging from the fundamentals of<br />

weldments design to advanced subjects such as fracture mechanics and fatigue.<br />

Distributor Training<br />

Lincoln offers a variety of training programs for our network of distribution. These classes update our<br />

authorized distributors on welding processes and the Lincoln product line. They are conducted both at<br />

our Cleveland headquarters and in the field at our various District Sales Offices. Whether you are<br />

new to the welding industry or a thirty-year veteran, we can offer a program that you will find<br />

educational, challenging and help improve your sales.<br />

Welding School<br />

Since 1917, The Lincoln Electric Welding School has instructed over 100,000<br />

students from around the world in the arts of arc welding safety and<br />

processes. The school offers individual and comprehensive classes on all<br />

the main arc welding processes, from basic stick to submerged<br />

arc welding. In addition, special motorsports classes,<br />

certification classes and customized on-site<br />

training programs are offered.<br />
