The universal analoguePID-controllers can be used with a Pt-100 resistancethermometer and with different thermocouples fortemperature measurement, control as well as processingthe signals of transmitters with 4 – 20 mA and 0 – 5 VDC or 0 – 10 V DC output. The output signal of thecontroller can be a relay, continuous 4 – 20 mA processcurrent signal or SSR-driver. Additional alarm relayprovides for limit monitoring. The unit is microprocessorbased, has an auto-tuning software, its PID controlleris able to find the optimum of the P-I-D constants.PMM-500 series models are able to communicate onRS485 line and also able to provide power supply fortransmitters.
