Placement opportunity:HR Internship in Training and DevelopmentRobert Bosch Limited is offering one student the opportunity to work at Bosch on a 6month placement scheme. You would be working within the Training Division in Denham,Middlesex.As an intern within Shared Service Training, you will be responsible for the training needs for thewhole of the UK.You will be in contact with our associates of all hierarchies as well as with external suppliers andpartners to ensure the professional development of the associates.Your tasks and responsibilities may include: Planning, organising and coordinating training courses within the categories of IT, Sales,Finance, Language, Marketing, etc. Creating and preparing the training material. Inputting the training data and maintaining the databases. Keeping a high standard of customer service. Creating and constantly updating the report systems. Analysing training evaluations. Involvement in various department projects as required. Other basic administrative duties.Qualification: Knowledge, Experience and SkillsThis internship would ideally suit a student who is studying Business, Human Resources,Organisational Development or other related fields. You must also be able to demonstrate thefollowing skills:Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills particularly in building relationshipswith colleagues and HR partners.Should have project management skills and be able to manage and prioritise multiple projectssimultaneously.Experience with MS Office 2007, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.Fluent in English both written and verbal.
