We, the undersigned, are submitting this tender offer as a partnership/consortium/joint venture and hereby authorise Mr/Ms _____________________, of the authorised entity __________________________________________, acting in the capacity of lead partner, to sign all documents in connection with the tender offer and any contract resulting from it on the partnership/consortium/joint venture’s behalf. 2.
