Be prepared to dance thenight away as DJ Joe Subin will be keeping theparty going until 1:00 a.m.Your evening will begin at 8:00 p.m. withpassed Hors D’oeuvres; marinated grilledGulf shrimp, chicken salad stuffed baby bells,artichoke and spinach stuffed mushroom caps,and a display of assorted cheeses, crudités,crackers and dip.Next we will move into the ballrooms for aplated dinner which consists of baby spinachsalad with mangos, macadamia nuts and driedcranberries with rolls and butter.
