This is ahuman powered apparatus.All materials are allowed, however <strong>the</strong> total cost can not exceed$100 (this includes <strong>the</strong> value <strong>of</strong> donated items).Each “Water Racer” (shoe Jockey) may have up to four additionalteam members to help with <strong>the</strong> shoe construction, racetraining/preparation and most importantly “Water RacerSteadier” and “Water Racer Catcher”Each Water Racer will traverse from one end <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> competitivepool to <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r, a distance <strong>of</strong> 25 yards. Each WaterRacer will compete twice.
