The defendant arrived at the Tom Thumb, remained in the vehicle as two others went inside the store to commit a robbery. Thedefendant drove the vehicle from the scene while the robbery was taking place. The defendant picked up the individuals down the street whilethey changed clothes in the road to avoid detection. The defendant fled the scene. A vehicle was stopped near the location of the incident andthe above individuals were identified in the vehicle. Two semi-automatic pistols were located near the scene.Joel Tatum violated F.S.S. 812.13(2a) conspiracy to commit robbery with a firearm.
