Theevent, promoting health and fitness, started and finished at Victory LandingPark next to VASCIC.Race-day events included opening remarks by Jim Hughes, vice president,Submarines and Fleet Support, face painting, and a GreeNN “shred-it” event.“This year’s race was a huge success,” said Erin Magee (O27), co-race director.“Despite the cold and the wind, our shipbuilders and their families came out inforce.
