Please ensure thatthe necessary documents reach the Academic Office at <strong>Somerville</strong> in hard copy and no later thanFriday 11 September 2009. We are not able to accept electronic or faxed copies <strong>of</strong> your signed documents.Where documents have more than one page, please print them double-sided if possible. RegistrationThe <strong>University</strong> requires all students to register online at the start <strong>of</strong> each academic year <strong>of</strong> their course. Theregistration process is a chance for you to check that the <strong>University</strong> holds the correct information about you— name, contact information, date <strong>of</strong> birth, course, and so on. If any <strong>of</strong> your personal information isincorrect, you will have the opportunity to amend it.You will register using an online system called Student Self Service. A detailed guide to using Student SelfService is on the <strong>University</strong>'s Web site athttp://www.ox.ac.uk/current_students/registration_self_service/index.html.Read the information on that Web page, and also read the four Web pages you will be able to access fromthe menu on the left-hand side <strong>of</strong> the screen, under the "Registration & Self Service" heading.
