Main Problems:! Long Standardization Process (EN-Standards missing)! Requirements are not precise enough and permit wi<strong>de</strong> Interpretation! Mandatory requirements (no innovations up to now – to be changed)! Implementation Process not yet found! Solve Interface between EU and non-EU Countries1 st October 2004 / page 7
