Here are some things toconsider as the academic year closes: Make sure we received your contract. You can view when your contract was received athttps://appl.housing.ucsb.edu/HousingApplications/Prefs/Default.aspx Double check your personal preferences. You have until June 30 to make any changesto your personal preferences. Make sure you fill out the whole form since we’ll be goingoff your latest submission when we do room assignments. Familiarize yourself with the Housing Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel acontract that you have already submitted, you may do so before June 30 th with acancellation fee. After June 30 th , you may only cancel if you pay a fee AND have astudent to replace your spot.GIVE When You Move Out!Does your room seem morepacked with stuff than it didwhen you moved in?
