Login Information A letter from DCC was sent to you at thebeginning of the semester containing yourlogin information:• Username: firstname.lastname• A randomly generated password• Email: firstname.lastname@email.sunydutchess.eduIf you did not receive this information, you must bringphoto identification to the Help Desk in CBI-128. TheHelp Desk cannot release any information without photoidentification!


Logging In Access myDCC by:• Clicking the link at the top of theDCC home page.(http://www.sunydutchess.edu)• Typing the direct web address intoyour web browser.(http://mydcc.sunydutchess.edu)Log in using your username andpassword. If this is your first timelogging in, you will be prompted toset up your security questions.This allows you to retrieve yourpassword if you forget it.Suggested questions are given,but you can change them toanything you want. Make themeasy for you to remember by hardfor others to guess. If you forgetyour password, you will be able toreset it with these questions.Enter your answers in lowercaseto avoid case sensitivity issues!


First Time UsersYou will be prompted to change your password.Your password must be at least 6 characters long andinclude one number (don’t make the number the firstcharacter of your password).Don’t use special characters.Make your password something difficult for someone else toguess.Remember your password guards your privacy!NEVER share your password with anyone.


Accessing Services The myDCC Toolbar allows you toaccess:• Your campus e-mail• Your myDCC calendar• myDCC groups (DCC clubs)• myDCC Help The logout link is also located in thetoolbar.


myDCC TabsWelcome – The myDCC start page. Announcementsand information from the college. Class cancellationscan be found here.Library – Library hours, events, and databaseaccess.Activities – Activities and Events across campus.My Courses – Academic and advising information,including grades and class schedules.Student Life – Financial Aid, Registration, Careercounseling, and the student handbook.


Accessing Academic RecordsYour academic records can be found onthe “My Courses” tab in myDCC.You can access your transcript and anypossible holds on your account through theAcademic Profile in the middle of yourscreen.You may also access your schedule andyour most recent grades from the links atthe top of the center column in MyCourses.


Accessing Other RecordsIf you need to access other records, youmay do so by using Self-Service Banner inthe upper left of the My Courses tab.A tutorial file is located with this link to helpget you started.


Accessing Angel To access Angel, click theAngel link under the “MyCourses” tab. Please beaware that not everyprofessor uses Angel! Ifyour course does notshow up, please ask yourprofessor before callingthe HelpDesk.
