Zoning Bylaws <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hull</strong> Page 1-15(c)Existing and proposed street, parking, drainage and utility systems.(d)(e)(f)(g)(h)(i)(j)Location <strong>of</strong> proposed parks, playgrounds and other open spaces, if any.A tabulation <strong>of</strong> the total number <strong>of</strong> dwelling units and the number designated foreach proposed dwelling type.Types <strong>of</strong> proposed Hotel-related amenities, function and conference facility usesand other business uses, square footage and number for each type <strong>of</strong> use, by type<strong>of</strong> use.Landscape plan showing all proposed landscape features and proposedimprovements including walks, pedestrian ways, planting areas with size and type<strong>of</strong> stock for each shrub or trees, walls, fences and outdoor lighting.A written statement detailing the design characteristics for the development,including, but not limited to, exterior building materials, architectural treatmentand street furniture.Any other documents or information reasonably required in writing <strong>of</strong> theapplicant by the Planning Board prior to the public hearing.The Planning Board may subsequent to filing require additional informationwhich shall be supplied in a timely fashion.4. Anyone wishing to apply for a special permit shall file an application and the required number <strong>of</strong>plans with the <strong>Town</strong> Clerk and a copy <strong>of</strong> said application, including the date and time <strong>of</strong> filingcertified by the <strong>Town</strong> Clerk, shall be filed forthwith by the petitioner with the special permitgranting authority. Specific application forms shall be provided for in the rules <strong>of</strong> each specialpermit granting authority.5. Within sixty-five (65) days <strong>of</strong> the receipt <strong>of</strong> the properly executed application, theappropriate special permit granting authority shall hold a public hearing, for which noticehas been given by publication and posting as provided in M.G.L., c.40A, §11, and shallmail notices to all parties <strong>of</strong> interest, including abutters within 300'. All expenses shallbe borne by the applicant.6. Within ninety (90) days following a public hearing or hearings, the special permit grantingauthority shall take final action on the application. The required time limits for a public hearingand said action may be extended by written agreement between the petitioner and the specialpermit granting authority.
