ONLINE FEE PAYMENTAll 5-Week Summer Ballet Program Fees (including tuition, room and board, etc.) are paid electronicallythrough CPYB’s new online Family Portal. This fully web-based application serves as a convenient, user-friendlyresource for our families by enhancing student registration, payment and information management processes.Access to your Family Portal account is sent via e-mail once the electronic registration form is accepted. Shouldyou have questions regarding your Family Portal account, please call 717.245.1190.Program FeesDepositTo accept and reserve your space in the program, you must follow the link sent in your acceptance e-mail. A$300 non-refundable deposit will be charged immediately against the financial payment information providedduring online registration. This deposit is credited towards your tuition balance. At this same link you will selecta payment plan for the balance of your tuition and housing fees.All tuition and housing costs must be paid in full by June 1. After June 1, all students not paid in full will beplaced on the waiting list and are not guaranteed a place in the 5-Week Summer Ballet Program.There is a $35 charge for insufficient funds or credit cards not honored.Tuition and Housing Discount RatesThe following discount rates apply to those who pay both tuition and housing costs IN FULL by the dates below:If paid in full by Tuition* Room & Board** TotalFeb. 1 $1,600 $3,250 $4,850Feb. 2 – March 31 $1,900 $3,250 $5,150April 1 – May 31 $2,100 $3,450 $5,550After June 1*** $2,300 $3,450 $5,750*These totals include a $300 non-refundable deposit.**Room and board totals include housing in a supervised residence hall, three meals a day in the Dickinson Dining Hall, Dickinson and CPYB facilities useand transportation between CPYB Warehouse Studios and CPYB Barn Studios.***Students not paid in full by June 1 will be placed on a waiting list for an opening in the program and dormitory.Tuition and room and board for the five weeks of ballet classes is based on the rate schedule above. The initial$300 non-refundable deposit is credited toward the tuition balance.SCHOLARSHIPSThe summer scholarship application deadline is January 31, 2013. Students that wish to apply forscholarship assistance must indicate so when completing the online registration form. Following submissionof the registration form, students requesting scholarship assistance will be sent a link to complete the summerscholarship application and submit federal tax information.Tuition ScholarshipsCPYB offers a limited number of financial need-based work/study tuition scholarships. Work/study scholarshipsare awarded at the discretion of the scholarship committee and are applied toward the tuition amount only. Inreturn for the award, the student agrees to perform weekly work/study duties as assigned.Male Housing Work/Study ScholarshipsResidential male students are eligible to receive a special work/study scholarship in the amount of $700 whichis applied toward the cost of room and board at Dickinson College.
