This is split between Reactive, Cyclicaland Planned Maintenance which are explained on page 1 of the report.The tender results for the Major Projects are included with the progress of these Projects reported untilcompletion.The Housing Maintenance programme is agreed by Members on an annual basis. Thisincludes various health and safety checks including the Gas and Electrics. These works are carried out byour own inhouse maintenance team.The total average is the time between the previous tenant leaving and the new tenant actually movingin. Most of our properties are let as soon as the Maintenance works are completed.
