Erk has been Director of GE Real Estate’s activities in Turkey since
May 2007. Prior to this role he was based in GE Real Estate’s
global headquarters in Stamford, CT as an Investments Manager
responsible for new product and new markets development in North
America and Asia. Erk is a CPA and holds a degree in Business
Administration from Bilkent University and an MBA from Comubia
Business School. GE Real Estate conducts its activities in Turkey
through Dogus-GE REIT, a public REIT jointly held by GE and Dogus
Group of Turkey.

Alex is Co-founder and CEO of Assos Capital. Based in Athens,
Greece, he is responsible for the overall development and investment
activities in commercial real estate in the CEE. Prior to this he
was CFO of Golden Energy Marine Corp., an international shipping
company. He has extensive experience in investment banking, capital
markets and asset management having worked most recently as a
Director at Citigroup before which he worked at Morgan Stanley and
J.P. Morgan in London. Alex holds an MSc in Shipping Trade and
Finance from City University Business School in London.

Rodney Pereira is Head of International Acquisitions for Industrial
Securities Management. Here he is responsible for building up
the European real estate portfolios of the company and rolling out
their international acquisitions platform. Prior to joining Industrial
Securities, Rodney was a Director at PME Investments and held a
variety of positions at DTZ International, including Chief Operating
Officer of DTZ Iberica. Rodney holds a Master degree in European
Property Development an Planning from UCL and an MBA from
Instituto de Empresa.

Ibrahim PAKSOY has worked for FIBA Group’s banking operations
