Module Colloid Mill / Cone Mill (MK/MKO)When is a mill used?For wet or fine milling of hard and granular raw materials and for the production of finestemulsions and pastes.MustardTooth pasteThe MK-module (Colloid Mill)consists of two cones with different flowchannels on their surfaces. The cones can beshifted one against the other to a minimumdistance, thus changing flow and friction. Theparticle size results from the adjustment of themilling gap.The MKO-module (Cone Mill)is working according to the same principleas the MK-module. Nevertheless, the outletarea of its cones is coated with non-abrasiveWCCO. This results in an enlarged frictionsurface that enables to produce even finersuspensions at reduced flow. magic LAB ®Operation and information centre / Transport boxOperation and information centreThe info centre of the magic LAB ® offers a lot of functions, butis nevertheless designed in a very clear and operator friendlyway. It only needs a few manipulations and adjustments andthe magic LAB ® is ready for operation.First the operation and information centre is connected to themagic LAB ® by means of a connection cable. The mains unitcan either remain in the transport box or be placed separately.As soon as it is connected to the power supply, the startingscreen appears in the infocenter. Via the push-buttons witharrow you can then choose the module of the magic LAB ® andthe speed range.It is as simple to adjust the speed and the timer and read-offthe actual speed.Moreover you can choose the language (German,English, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese andKorean).Using the LabWorldSoft the magic LAB ® can also be controlledfrom a computer and data can be transferred to a computer.Operation with labworldsoft ®Display: Operationand information centreTransport boxThe IKA ® magic LAB ® is stored in a practical transport box.
