System MG 900. The Modular Construction Design for Industrial Wire Mesh

Production.

Wire Material

The following wire materials with a yield strength of max. 700 N/mm 2 can be processed through

our mesh welding plants:

• Cold rolled or drawn bright wire.

• Cold rolled flat bar for longitudinal bars.

• Cold drawn, galvanized wire.

• Cold drawn wire with a copper layer.

• Cold drawn, stainless steel wire.

System MG 900

The adaptable system for the successful production

of all kinds of quality mesh. Low investment costs,

easy operation and maintenance, short change over

times and a high production capacity are the key factors

for an economical production of small batches

but also of larger quantities. The plant is applicable in

a flexible way and allows an optimal adaptation to the

needs of the market. A large variety of optional items

allows the expansion of the plant and consequently

the adaptation to the changing market requirements.

Various machine widths can be chosen by the customer.

System MG 930

In many markets today, shortest reaction times to

customer's inquiries are of essential importance.

The economical production of quality mesh panels in

smallest quantities requires a welding plant which

can be set for the next order within a shortest possible

time and with a minimum of mechanical adjustments.

The System MG 930 offers new possibilities

to reach this goal. Time consuming change over

works are eliminated by the use of units with motorized

positioning systems, which can be programmed

through the process lead system. Other elements are partially equipped with central adjustment facilities

and can be adapted to the new production program within shortest time.

System MG 900. The modular unit construction design principle enables the adaption of the plant concepts to the indi-

vidual customer's requirements.

MG 900 with pneumatic crank drive and line wire advance with clamping units mounted onto the welding machine. Weld-

ing machine with pneumatic weld presses, single gap-type cross wire feeder and mesh stacking device. The plant also

can be used for the production of column reinforcing mesh strips with a length of up to 3 m.

MG 900 with semi automatic line wire feeding system, welding machine with pneumatic weld presses, single gap-type

cross wire feeder, upgradable to a double gap-type cross wire feeder and programmable linear pull-out device.

MG 900 with automatic double gap-type line wire loading and feeding system, welding machine with pneumatic weld

presses, double gap-type cross wire feeder and programmable linear pull-out device.

MG 900 with automatic single gap-type line wire loading and feeding system for longer wires, welding machine with

pneumatic weld presses, double gap-type cross wire feeder, programmable linear pull-out and mesh stacking unit for

precise stacking.

MG 930 with automatic single gap-type loader, and line wire feeding system with motorized transport and positioning of

the line wire magazines, welding machine with quick change compact weld elements. Quick change single gap-type

cross wire feeder with large magazine and linear pull-out device.

System MG 900. Easy to operate, flexible welding plants for the economical production of industrial wire

mesh and wire products. Line- and cross wires straightened and cut to length. Line wire feeding depends on

your requirementsmanual, semi automatic or fully automatic systems.

For larger batch sizes an automatic line wire- and / or cross wire feeding, directly from spool or coil with

integrated, rotative straightening and cutting units, System Syrocut can be installed.

With the plant having pneumatic line wire advance units (crank drive), the line wires also can be drawn from

lighter coils. In this case the mesh will be cut to length by a line wire guillotine, located behind the welding

machine.

stainless steel wires, programmable linear

pull-out for the production of mesh with

variable and accurate cross wire spacings,

integrated mesh lowering unit.

MG 900 for the production of fence mesh with

automatic line wire loading and feeding system

for 2 different wire sizes and wire

lengths up to 3.6 m. Line wire pre-loading

station with large magazine. Line wire feeding

with steplessly adjustable line wire

magazines, welding machine with pneumatic

weld presses, single gap-type or double

gap-type cross wire feeder, programmable

linear pull-out for the production of meshes

with variable and accurate cross wire spacings.

With two line wire loading units, there

is no waiting time from the loading operation,

not even for mesh with a large number

of line wires.

MG 900 with automatic frame feeding. Weld-

ing machine with pneumatic weld presses,

single gap-type or double gap-type cross

wire feeder, programmable linear pull-out

for the production of frame shelves with

variable and accurate cross wire spacings

and intermediate transport unit. Hydraulic,

programmable cross wire trimming station,

double-track operation, the second individually

programmable linear pull-out for the

transport of the frame shelves through the

trimming station.

System MG 930. Economical production of industrial mesh panels in small and medium batch sizes.

Minimal change over times due to the application of quick setting modules, partly with automatic adjustment

of elements, actuated by programmable servo drives.

Only few manual mechanical adjustments are required.

Input of new mesh and welding parameters on PC. Consequently minimal down times of the plant between

the individual orders are possible.
