Dr. H. Douglas Adams, BS, ’77, said thattaking a course in budget administrationduring his undergraduate studies atMissouri State University gave him adirection for his professional career.Adams has since spent 30 yearsworking in government and non-profitadministration. Today, he is an assistantprofessor and associate chair of thedepartment of community health at SaintLouis University.Adams and his wife, Hilda, have beengiving since 1984 to support MissouriState’s Political Science Department’sgeneral fund. The gift was revised to theH.
