TGW’s XenoROL wheel diverter easily diverts product at a 30-degree angle from the main line with two rows of powered
wheels that raise pneumatically between the rollers. The diverter is driven by the main conveyor line-shaft so no additional
motors are required. TGW’s wheel diverters are a reliable and inexpensive sortation solution for low to moderate rates of
up to 60 ppm.
The wheel diverter is designed for low-maintenance, and simple, trouble-free performance. Very short stroke air
actuation of the diverter assembly minimizes the necessary gaps between products and increases the cycle rates.
The diverter is available both as a separate assembly that can be added to any XR40 line-shaft conveyor or it can be
purchased as a complete unit, already assembled into a conveyor section, including the 30-degree powered spur.
Coated rollers in the spur are driven from the main conveyor line-shaft using universal joints and jump chains.
TGW XenoROL systems operate at a lower decibel level than conventional conveyors since there are fewer drives and
moving parts. The equipment is shipped fully assembled so installation time is substantially reduced.
