The period can also be extended for a further period of one yearon expiry of the term.DESCRIPTIONS:1. a) Name and address of the Advertising Agency (Mention if any branch or sub-office atGorakhpur with Address, Telephone/Fax No. and e-mail.)b) Experience of Press Advertising work mentioning the names of the other zonal railways.Production units and also other Government departments, Public Sector undertakingsalready served/being served by the agency.c) Charges if any for designing, Photo typesetting, Art Pull etc. for the RailwayAdvertisements.d) Minimum time required for publishing the advertisements in local and nationalnewspapers.e) Photo & Video coverage of railway activities, programmes and ceremonial functionsand production of documentary films/jingles/spots & Telecast/Broadcast byelectronic channels.f) Distribution of Press Releases for publication in newspapers.g) Conditions of payment of the advertisement bills from the Railway Administrations.2. Specimen of designs/ lay-outs in Hindi & English for Display Advertisements on theFollowing subject (Size 25 X 16 = 400 Sq.cms).a) Prevention of accidents at unmanned Rail Level Crossings.b) Alertness of suspicious articles on trains and platforms.c) Prevention of poisoning on trains and platforms.d) Prevention of sale of fake railway tickets by touts.e) Prevention of carriage of Dangerous and Explosives during rail journey.f) Prevention of misuse of Alarm Chain Pulling.g) Image building of N.E.
