• Responsible for managing multi-level campaigns, incorporating and testing newmarketing channels and tactics for various departments• Responsible for establishing best practices across all digital and social spheres• Owns reporting & analysis of all digital & social campaign components, sharingfindings with the key stakeholders across multiple departments.• Responsible for website management of azscience.org andleadershipinlearning.org using content, creative and multi-media elements.Responsible for maintaining fresh content and monthly metrics reports.• Project manager for email marketing – develop an effective email marketingstrategy including segmentation, testing & analysis, sharing findings and/orrecommendations with key stakeholders.• Project manager for social media strategy and development– work to develop anoverall strategy for social media within the organization, with existing and/ornew tools. Create content and develop campaigns for ASC social mediacomponents, including the Blog, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter and Facebookaccounts.• Project manager for search engine optimization – manage ASC’s GoogleAdWords grant award, working to enhance search visibility surrounding keyrevenue generating events & programs• Responsible for online monitoring and engagement – monitor and participatedaily on external websites where ASC is established and has a presence in orderto maintain a positive reputation• Produce original copy, design and formatting of ASC online content includingwriting projects, editorial and blog postings.• Generate Organization Participation– Promote online engagement within theorganization on social platforms and website blog.Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and minimum twoyears related marketing experience.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must bemet by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
