VGU Project Management Unit (VMU) The consultant must provide a technical proposal of approach, methodology and workplan for performing the assignment; The consultant should familiarize himself/herself with local conditions and take intoaccount in preparing his/her proposal; The consultant shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission ofhis/her proposal and contract negotiation; The consultant shall pay any taxes, including VAT or similar tax due in relation to theservices; The consultant should be available to VGU for consultation by phone, fax and emailfrom the assignment implementation period, enabling him/her to meet VGU’s requirementand expectation; The consultant shall meet deadline for all the deliverables on mutually agreedschedule; All the final policies, guidelines and procedures prepared by the consultant for VGUshall become and remain the sole property of VGU; The consultant is not permitted to disclose the final deliverables to any other third partywithout VGU’s prior written consent. However, the consultant may cite the performance ofthe services to his/her clients and prospective clients as an indication of his/herexperience.2.
