Chhar Bonlee Saji Kor(Fried Vegetable &Beef)Cambodian FoodIngredients(★indicates vegetables we have grown and harvested.)Method• Chinese cabbage(★) • Oyster sauce• Cucumber• Sugar• Broccoli(★) • Salt• Beef• Pepper• Garlic• Ajinomoto• Wakegi• Fish sauce(Japanese Onion)1 Cut vegetables into small pieces.2 Slice beef.3 Chop garlic.4 Heat frying pan, then add some oil and pour the chopped garlic.5 After the garlic turn to brown, add beef and some oyster sauce.6 When beef nearly cooked, add more seasoning(fish sauce, sugar, Ajinomoto, pepper andsalt)7 Add the vegetables and wait until it fully cooked.8 When cooked, place it on plate and sprinkle some Wakegi on top.
