Mandated by the PA Legislature in the PARacehorse Development and Gaming Act of2004 Regulated, administered and maintained bythe PGCB’s Office of Compulsive and ProblemGambling.
A voluntary program to assist problemgamblers to be excluded fromparticipating in legalized gamingactivities under the jurisdiction of thePGCB and from receiving any gamingprivileges that may be a temptation suchas check cashing privileges, player clubmembership, complimentary goods andservices, targeted mailings andpromotional materials related to gamingactivities.
