When filing youwill receive two PACT Program Schedules. It is your responsibility to giveone schedule to the other party. At the completion of the PACT program,you will receive a “Verification of Completion of P.A.C.T.” form whichyou are responsible for filing.It is NOT necessary for parents to attend the program at the sametime. If there is a domestic violence restraining order, you areencouraged to attend at a different time or location than the other party.Cases filed under the Domestic Violence Prevention Act are notrequired to attend PACT.You may attend the Program at a courthouse of your choice (seeschedule inside). No pre-registration is required. Plan to arrive at least30 minutes before the start of the program to register. Please Bring YourCase Number and A Pen with you. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTEDAFTER THE PROGRAM BEGINS.Due to the lack of available child care, please DO NOT bring yourchildren. If you do not speak English, you are expected to bringsomeone over the age of 21 years to help you understand. There is aSpanish speaking program once a month in the Central Courthouse. ASpanish speaking interpreter is available at the Van Nuys Courthouseprogram, however, seating is limited.
