All ordersplaced against this BPA are subject to the terms and conditions of the schedule contractand the documents cited on page 2:ITEMAll quoted requirements in Section 2 of the RFQ(SIN 132.53)(2) Delivery:DESTINATIONSpecified in each task orderSPECIAL BPA DISCOUNT/PRICEAdditional discounts are highlyencouraged to be quoted on eachtask order)DELIVERY SCHEDULE/DATESSpecified in each task order(3) The Government estimates, but does not guarantee, that the volume of purchasesthrough this agreement will be $1,600,000,000.(4) This BPA does not obligate any funds.(5) This BPA expires on May 22, 2018 or at the end of the contract period, whichever isearlier.(6) Authorized Users: All federal government agencies are hereby authorized to placeorders under this BPA. State and local governments, as well as other entities, are alsoauthorized to place orders under GSA Order ADM 4800.G, dated 2/16/11 and clause552.238-79 (May 2004), as amended.

GS00Q13NSA3000(7) Orders shall be placed in accordance with FAR 8.405-3(c) (2). Specific instructions willbe detailed in the Wireless Service & Devices FSSI Ordering Guide.(8) Invoicing shall be done in accordance with the Schedule 70 IT Contract and Sections2.7.2 and 2.7.3 of the RFQ.(9) Invoices will be submitted to the address specified by the authorized ordering entitywithin the task order issued against this BPA.(10) The terms and conditions included in the BPA apply to all purchases made pursuant toit.
