Wire Material<br />

<strong>System</strong> <strong>MG</strong> <strong>303</strong><br />

The most suitable concept for the economical production of light<br />

and heavy standard mesh panels in medium or large batch<br />

sizes. The line wires are pulled off from spools or coils. The<br />

straightened and cut to length cross wires are fed out of a large<br />

magazine. This enables a faster change over of the plant to<br />

another mesh type. Thereby this plant is very flexible, which is<br />

especially beneficial when supplying new markets.<br />

The <strong>System</strong> <strong>MG</strong> <strong>303</strong> can be equipped with further additional<br />

equipment.<br />

<strong>System</strong> <strong>MG</strong> <strong>316</strong><br />

Upgradeable plant with a high production capacity for a defined<br />

standard mesh program for light and heavy standard mesh panels.<br />

A cost-effective concept for the start-up into the mesh production<br />

with line and cross wires fed from spools or coils. One<br />

cross wire feeding system, one welding machine. The <strong>System</strong><br />

<strong>MG</strong> <strong>316</strong> can be equipped with further additional equipment.<br />

High efficiency mesh welding plant for high volumes and large<br />

batch sizes. Double row welding plant, two cross wire feeding<br />

systems, two welding machines. Two cross wires are welded<br />

A concept for the highest demands with regard to production<br />

capacity, for the production of light and heavy standard mesh<br />

The following wire materials with a yield strength of 500 N/mm2 can be processed through our mesh<br />

• Cold rolled plain or ribbed wire.<br />

• Hot rolled ribbed wire with inline heat treatment, Tempcore (spray cooling and tempering section<br />
