Wire Material

System MG 303

The most suitable concept for the economical production of light

and heavy standard mesh panels in medium or large batch

sizes. The line wires are pulled off from spools or coils. The

straightened and cut to length cross wires are fed out of a large

magazine. This enables a faster change over of the plant to

another mesh type. Thereby this plant is very flexible, which is

especially beneficial when supplying new markets.

The System MG 303 can be equipped with further additional

equipment.

System MG 316

Upgradeable plant with a high production capacity for a defined

standard mesh program for light and heavy standard mesh panels.

A cost-effective concept for the start-up into the mesh production

with line and cross wires fed from spools or coils. One

cross wire feeding system, one welding machine. The System

MG 316 can be equipped with further additional equipment.

System MG 320

High efficiency mesh welding plant for high volumes and large

batch sizes. Double row welding plant, two cross wire feeding

systems, two welding machines. Two cross wires are welded

simultaneously. Line and cross wires fed from spools or coils.

A concept for the highest demands with regard to production

capacity, for the production of light and heavy standard mesh

panels. The System MG 320 can be equipped with further additional

equipment.

The following wire materials with a yield strength of 500 N/mm2 can be processed through our mesh

welding plants System MG 303, MG 316 and MG 320:

• Cold rolled plain or ribbed wire.

• Hot rolled ribbed wire with inline heat treatment, Tempcore (spray cooling and tempering section

right after the hot rolling mill).

• Hot rolled ribbed wire, micro alloyed.

• Hot rolled ribbed and subsequently stretched wire.

System MG 303. For light and heavy mesh panels. Line wires fed from spools or coils (spools with hori-

zontal or vertical spool axis). Cross wires straightened and cut.

Cross wire feeding from magazine against or in direction of production.

Depending on the customer's requirements, various types of weld presses and secondary current leads as

well as electrodes are available.

Pull-off and straightening of the line wires in

two planes:

centrally adjustable straightening units

ahead of the pull-off and balancing unit.

Line wire pull-off and balancing unit.

Each line wire is individually monitored.

The plant allows very good access to all modules for maintenance and cleaning.

The discharge of the mesh panels as well as the further processing of the mesh packages can be adjusted to

the customer's requirements.

Two cross wires are welded simultaneously.

The plant allows very good access to all modules for maintenance and cleaning.
