During the 2011-12 school year,<br />
<strong>St</strong>. Andrew’s faculty identifi ed and<br />
introduced the fi ve C’s:<br />
• collaboration<br />
• creativity<br />
• critical thinking<br />
• communication<br />
• character<br />
Universities and employers have<br />
recognized these concepts as the keys<br />
to success for young people.<br />
In an effort to effectively incorporate<br />
the fi ve C’s into the curriculum, we<br />
have increased outdoor classroom<br />
space, created more collaborative<br />
work areas in the buildings, refocused<br />
professional development,<br />
incorporated a formal bullying<br />
prevention program and much more.<br />

to think creatively to make all my work unique<br />
