(ii) A Spouse or Child Membership of a spouse or child of aNominee shall be deemed to be terminated, without theneed for a written notice, upon the termination of themembership of the Corporate (Transferable) Member orthe termination of the nomination of the Nominee.(iii) A Spouse Term or Child Term Membership shall be deemedto be terminated without the need for a written notice,upon the termination of the Term Membership.r. If a Principal Member ceases to be a Singapore citizen orSingapore permanent resident, he shall notify the Clubaccordingly and transfer his membership within one year from thedate he ceases to be a Singapore citizen or a Singapore permanentresident (“the Date of Cessation”) or from 30 April 2000,whichever is the later. The Club may also notify the PrincipalMember to transfer his membership within one year from theDate of Cessation and if the Club is unaware of the Date ofCessation, the date of the Club’s notice shall be deemed to be theDate of Cessation. If the Principal Member fails to transfer hismembership within the one year period, the ManagementCommittee may transfer his membership for him or terminatehis membership without transferring it.5.3 Privileges of Membersa. Only Ordinary (Transferable) and Life (Transferable) Members shallhave the right to propose and second resolutions and to voteat general meetings, hold office in the Management Committeeor be appointed Chairperson of a Standing Committee. OnlyPrincipal Members may attend general meetings.b. Only Principal Members may propose or second a person orcompany applying to be an Ordinary (Transferable) or Associate(Transferable) Member or a Term Member or a Corporate(Transferable) Member.b.1 Term Members may only propose or second a personapplying to be a Term Member.c. Members and Nominees shall have access to all the facilities andprivileges of the Club unless otherwise provided in thisConstitution or the Bye-laws.11
