Prices are based on full box quantitieswhere quantity is indicated in "Order Qty. Unit" column.EASY ORDERINGA six-digit stock number is printed immediately following the price for each item. It will simplify ordering, assure accuracy, and speedshipment if these numbers are used for placing orders. You need specify only the actual quantity (not boxes) and the stock number. Besure to order in multiples of the "Order Qty. Unit" shown.PREPAID FREIGHT TERMSPrices are F.O.B. shipping point. Freight prepaid, routing our selection, on shipments of $500 net to the contiguous states and the Districtof Columbia. Freight charges will be prepaid for non-stock items shipped separately if they qualify under the terms listed above. Requestsfor proof of delivery receipts are subject to a $10 charge per shipment, which charge will be canceled if delivery was not made. Returngoods subject to a restocking charge. Prior authorization required.SHIPPING AND HANDLINGThere is no minimum order dollar amount required. Products must be ordered in standard box quantities; however, orders that do not meetprepaid freight requirements will be assessed a shipping and handling charge based on weight and shipping zone defined as being shippedfrom Rock Falls, IL. A minimum Shipping and handling charge of $12 will be assessed.RETURN POLICYCustomer Service MUST authorize all returns. A RGA# (return goods authorization number) will be given and must appear on the returnlabel as well as the return reason. Such authorization will be considered only if the request is made within 90 days of shipment and only ifthe credit can be applied to a specific invoice. If product to be returned is an error on the part of National, full credit will be issued andfreight paid for the return or a pick up by UPS. Merchandise to return that is not our error will be subject to a 20% restock charge and thecustomer must pay the freight charges. In addition, no product may be returned which is not in complete boxes, previously priced or nonstockitems. All returns are to be shipped to: National Manufacturing Co., Return Goods Department, 41 East Route 30, Rock Falls, IL61071CLAIMSClaims for shortages and pricing errors must be made within 30 days of shipment and are subject to approval. Claims made after 30 dayswill not be honored.PAYMENTSOur standard terms are Net 30 days from date of invoice.GENERALOrders for non-stock items cannot be canceled once in production. Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged without prior writtenapproval. Mark all Confirmations as such in order to avoid duplicate shipments.PRICE TICKET SERVICEA service is available that provides price tickets along with your shipment. This makes receiving and marking merchandise faster, easierand more accurate. You get products to your sales floor faster and prevent lost sales. Pricing options include setting your own gross profitmargins, using a pricing points chart and ending all selling prices in "9". Optional information printed on tickets includes your store name,National’s stock number, the shipping date, your cost code and your selling price. A location ticket is also provided for each line item.Tickets are grouped by shipping carton making them easy to find and apply. There is a nominal charge. See your National salesperson forcomplete details.SAFE WORKING LOAD (SWL)Safe Working Loads have been determined through testing under conditions relating to actual use and by applying a safety factor. They areshown in pounds in the right hand column of each item, where applicable, under the column heading “SWL”. The load shown is for one ofeach product. Do NOT exceed the SWL under any conditions. Do NOT use any of these products for overhead lifting, support of humanweight, athletic or playground equipment. When safety is involved, consult us first. Inspect frequently!QUANTITY PER PAC (QPP)On products, where applicable, a quantity per pac is shown under the column headings “Size/Finish (QPP)”. It will be shown in parenthesis( ) to the right of the finish. If no QPP is indicated, the pac quantity is 1.
