Theannual report has been filed with the Employee Benefits Security Administration, U.S. Department of Labor, asrequired under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).Insurance InformationThe plan has contracts with AIG Life Insurance Company and CIGNA Worldwide Insurance Company to pay alllong-term disability, medical and life insurance claims incurred under the terms of the plan. The total premiumspaid for the plan year ending December 31, 2006 were $895,250.Your Rights To Additional InformationYou have the right to receive a copy of the full annual report, or any part thereof, on request.
