TERMS AND CONDITIONS:(1) Cost of tender application is Rs.100 which is payable by Crossed DemandDraft drawn in favour of the ZAO, CBDT, Hyderabad.(2) Tenderers shall bear all costs associated with preparation and submission ofbid.(3) Tenderers have to quote the rate in Rupees or paise for each itemconsidering the total quality and quantity of work.(4) The contract may not be awarded solely on the basis of lowest price quoted.It will be awarded on the basis of various factors viz; reputation of thecontractor, capacity to carry out the work and adherence to delivery scheduleand price quoted.(5) Sealed tenders will be evaluated by the Local Purchase Committeeconstituted by the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Hyderabad-I. Thebids shortlisted by the Local Purchase Committee would be considered forawarding the works.(6) Bidders have to furnish security deposit amounting to 1% of the quotedamount by way of crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of ZAO, CBDT,Hyderabad. The same will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders within 30days of the finalization of the bid.(7) The items shall be fabricated at the premises of the contractor to whom thework is awarded and not at the I. T. Towers, A c Guards, Hyderabad.(8) The Local Purchase Committee will have the right to inspect the items at thetime of fabrication.(9) The bids shall remain valid for 180 days after the date of opening of the bids.(10) The CCIT, Hyderabad-I is the final authority in awarding the tender who canreject all or any bid(s) or any part of the bid without assigning any reason.
