The impact ofthe CPD programme ismonitored and evaluatedsystematically.4b Supporting colleagues Resources to support colleaguesin improving the teaching ofliteracy/ mathematics aremanaged and organised.Individuals are supported onrequest to help them to improvethe quality of the teaching ofliteracy/mathematics.A planned programme of supportis being developed in order toaddress whole-school andindividual needs. This supportprogramme includes traineeteachers and other additionaladults.There is a coherent supportprogramme in place and all staffare involved in a review and<strong>evaluation</strong> of the professionaldevelopment and support theyhave received.
