SCOPEThis policy applies to all <strong>Red</strong> <strong>Cross</strong> people - existing and prospective staff, volunteers, boardmembers, state / territory advisory board members, committee members and office bearersand any member who as a volunteer, is involved in or wishes to be involved in providingservices to vulnerable people.3.
