®Quality & TestingFIRE SAFE DESIGNUpon request, Galperti can provide a “fire-safe” design for ball valves which substantially reduces leakagethrough the elastomeric /polymeric seals when the valve is subjected to high temperature.If the seal inserts are destroyed by the temperature, a metal to metal seal is formed between the lowerdiameter of the seat and the ball, whilst seat to body seals, the stem packing, and the end connections to bodyseals (or the bonnet gasket fo a top entry design) are designed to resist high temperature and will remainundamaged.Valve “fire-safe” design is suitable to pass a fire test conducted in accordance with the standard API 6FA andBS 6755, and other users standards.Third party certificates of “fire-safe” testing are available on request.Our gate and needle valves are fine safe design.MODULAR BALL VALVESTAINLESS STEELVALVE BODIESARE INSPECTED BYLIQUID PENETRANT,BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL.25
