e oaE Y E O N A R B O N N EWELCOME TOTHE REAL WORLDWhat does your real world look like?My vision was to go to college, land the perfect job of my choice incorporate America and earn a salary that would allow me to ownmy own home, take vacations and have extra money to save. I wantedto live the American dream. My reality looked like this: I attended and graduated from collegewith a master’s degree to increase the odds of landing that perfectjob, signed a contract for employment after three months of searchingand immediately started making plans to enjoy my arrival intothereal world.” My day included the infamous 8-to-5 work routine, which I learned to get used to because there were not many otheroptions. I ran my errands after work like everybody else and thenturned to television to unwind before I finally went off to bed, onlyto start the next day all over again. After talking with colleagues, who were already daydreaming about their retirement 20 yearsdown the road, I knew I needed a new plan because I had 40 yearsleft of this grind.Wherever you are on life’s journey, stop and ask yourself if you arestuck in the monotony of routine life, living day after day without anyreal hope your vision could become reality. If so, Arbonne can beyour answer, too!My Arbonne journey began in February of 2003. I quickly fell in lovewith these amazing, pure, safe, beneficial products. I knew a gooddeal when I saw one, so I immediately got my own IndependentConsultant identification number to get my products at a discount. Icontinued to take advantage of this discount, while sharing the productswith friends and family for a couple of years. I even labeledsusan cannonIndependent Consultant, Regional Vice PresidentSusan Cannon Region; Fayetteville, ARmyself as “doing Arbonne.” The only thing I was really doing wasgoing to meetings to get inspired and then going home to my routine, which did not include having Presentations, one-on-ones orusing the Arbonne=REsults approach. As a result, my business wasnot growing. What changed? I started believing in myself and making daily commitments.I scheduled time to read books on leadership, practice positiveaffirmations and write down goals. Most importantly, I starteddoing Arbonne activities on a consistent basis and made a commitmentto take this business to the top, no matter what stood in my way.continued ...Susan with mom, AM Jennifer Tullos.Susan with boyfriend, Martin Teeter.
