Grades are not rounded: 74.9 would be considered a D;78.9 would be a C and 89.9 would be a B+.Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory (S/U) Grading Option: Some nursing elective coursesmay be offered only on the basis of S/U grading. Course syllabi will state the gradingscale for each course.Hours earned with a satisfactory grade will be added to the total required forgraduation, but will not affect the cumulative GPA; an unsatisfactory grade will carry nohours earned and will result in no penalty to the cumulative GPA.The satisfactory grade requires a standard of achievement equivalent to that usuallyawarded the grade of C or better.Repeat Policy: Only courses in which a student has received a grade D, F, or Wmay be repeated. All course grades will remain on the transcript and count toward thecumulative GPA.
