Holiday ApartmentsTermsTerms & ConditionsAll bookings are made in good faith by us, howevermay be subject to change as may be notified bythe owner prior to the commencement of thebooking.Bookings will only be confirmed upon paymentof the required 50% deposit, which must be paidwithin 7 working days of making the booking.Payment can be made by cash, cheque, moneyorder or by MasterCard, Bankcard and Visa card. Ifthe deposit is not paid by the due date the bookingwill be cancelled without notice.Bonds may be required.In the event of a cancelled booking by you, thedeposit is not refundable. However if we are able torebook the premises for the entire booking perioda cancellation/administration fee of $50 will becharged and the remaining deposit refunded.Annual rebookings must be made 48 hours prior toyour departure. If your stay is longer than 2 weeksand you wish to rebook, you must notify the officeby the Thursday of your first week of your currentbooking. The 50% deposit due on the rebooking isto be forwarded to the agent within the following 7working days.All letting fees are payable prior to thecommencement of the letting period.44 A ballot is held every July if needed for Christmasholidays. Members must book and pay depositat the time of allocation.44 For after-hours arrival, the balance is due priorto arrival, otherwise keys cannot be issued. Ifyou arrive after our designated venue closes at10:30pm, a $50 callout fee will apply to obtainkeys.Alternatively, arrangements can be made to pick upkeys the following day.For all other periods the balance is due on arrivaland prior to the issue of keys.Arrival is between 1.00pm & 5pm. Checkout timeis 9.00am. The premises are to be left in a cleanand tidy condition, with dishes washed and dried.Authorised by: Barry Rule, Rod Masters, Mark Coleman & John Maheron behalf of the A.T.O.A. Fund Committee.Please return all keys no later than 9.30am. A keyslot is located to the right of the agent’s front door.Every effort will be made by the agent to action allreported repairs as soon as possible. Please note,the tenant will incur the call-out cost incurredshould the repair order be found to be unnecessaryor non-existent.Tenants are responsible for the safekeeping ofaccommodation keys. Tenants already in occupancyrequiring a key from the agent or his representativeafter office hours, will be charged a service fee of$50.00. If no spare key is available, the tenant maybe liable for any costs involved in gaining entry tothe premises. Tenants must not break in or attemptto break into premises when locked out.The tenant is responsible for any damage, breakageor loss caused by them. All such occurrences mustbe reported to the agent.These are not serviced properties; all bed, bathroomand table linen must be provided, along with toiletrequirements and cleaning agents. Our aim is tomaintain a high standard of accommodation, butwe must point out that the properties are privatelyowned and are furnished to the individual owner’sstandard.Pets are definitely not permitted on ANY premisesunless stated otherwise.The number of occupants must not exceed thenumber stated in the brochure or the number ofbeds, whichever is the less.We cannot accept responsibility for personalpossessions left on the premises. Please ensurethat you have packed everything before vacating.Charges for recovery of goods will apply.Property descriptions in the brochure, on theinternet or with telephone enquiries are made ingood faith. No responsibility can be accepted forerrors or omissions.No person on the premises shall be guilty of conductthat is a nuisance to adjoining or neighbouringoccupiers.
