• Ms. Denise Haiduk, (MSc. Cleaner Production), represented the Ministry of <strong>Health</strong>and showed overwhelming support for the initiative. She contributed to thetechnical session by identifying that in some instances, a change in the perceptioncould make a difference e.g. using a lower grade (and cheaper) water for sanitationetc. while maintain higher grade potable water for food processing could not onlycut down on operations cost, but was also beneficial in terms of limiting waste ofwater resources.
