Region, Ambala from prospective Service Providers having minimum 01 (One) vehicles and hold a valid certificate of one year before the date of NIT from a competent authority of any PSU / Central / State Govt or reputed Private Ltd. Companies / Firms for having executed similar contracts of providing atleast one diesel/ petrol driven commercial vehicles not older than August 2009 model such as Non A/C, Tata Indica or equivalent or higher. Intending eligible bidders may obtain Bid Document from SDE (Tech.) O/o DGMM, NTR, 62, Napier Road, Ambala Cantt (Tel. No. 0171-2645793) on payment of Rs.1131/- (Rs. One thousand one hundred thirty one only) (non refundable) on all working days upto 17.00 hrs of 04.09.2012. The payment will be accepted in the form of Cross Demand Draft drawn on any Scheduled Bank in India in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash), O/o DGMM, NTR, Ambala Cantt. SECTION-II SCOPE OF WORK The Bidder is required to provide light Utility/ Commercial vehicles fully conforming to RTA/RTO regulation along with fuel, driver etc and carryout periodical maintenance and execute the work through their Supervisor. The work consists of one part namely PLAN-1 on Monthly Slab Rate PLAN-1 (Scheduled Works) Monthly KM Hire Slab: As per monthly requirement the vehicles will be requisitioned. The Monthly KM hire slab on which multi utility vehicles are required and the estimated number of such hiring per Month are tentatively indicated below.
