While the leading cause of morbidity in all the areas is headache/ fever, this cause isnon – informative since headache / fever are asymptomatic of other more serious diseases e.g.dengue fever, typhoid fever. The available data, however, did not indicate the diseasesassociated with the fever / headache symptoms. We assume (although a debatable point) thatall these cases referred to in the health centers with fever/ headache suffer from one of thediseases with flu-like symptoms.Table 2.
