(a) Concept <strong>of</strong> knowledge transfer strategy to Kemenakertrans, Bappenas, and BNPB, and/or GOIand Local Government Recovery cluster related partner in general.(b) Report <strong>of</strong> activities and update <strong>of</strong> knowledge and lesson learned captured in the first month <strong>of</strong>assignment, including analysis <strong>of</strong> achievement against set targetted.(c) Facilitation <strong>of</strong> dissemination <strong>of</strong> Knowledge Product for CLBR3 through workshop and/ orseminar(d) Review documents for knowledge products <strong>of</strong> TS to R2C3, (e) Best practices and lessonlearned documents <strong>of</strong> Local Resources-based (LRB) are produced and consulted with relevantstakeholders (25 % pr<strong>of</strong>essional fee - due: end <strong>of</strong> August 2012)2. (a) Report <strong>of</strong> activities and update <strong>of</strong> knowledge and lesson learned captured, including analysis<strong>of</strong> the application <strong>of</strong> knowledge transfer strategy.(b) Provide inputs and facilitate <strong>of</strong> FGD with multistakeholders to compile input for Lessonslearned TS to R2C3 together with Action Plan, Recovery Database, and Aset Managementspecialist.(c) Analysis <strong>of</strong> the linkage <strong>of</strong> CLBR3 and R2C3 lessons learned with national initiative (DR4)(d) General Guideline/ Pedum <strong>of</strong> Local Resource-based approach in rural roads construction andmaintenance within post crisis recovery and normal development context is produced(25 % pr<strong>of</strong>essional fee - due: end <strong>of</strong> September 2012)3. (a) Report <strong>of</strong> activities and update <strong>of</strong> knowledge and lesson learned captured, including analysis<strong>of</strong> the application <strong>of</strong> transfer knowledge strategy.(b) Facilitation <strong>of</strong> dissemination <strong>of</strong> Knowledge Products for TS to R2C3 through national workshop(c). Knowledge products are disseminated to relevant government and other institutions(25 % pr<strong>of</strong>essional fee - due: end <strong>of</strong> October 2012)4. (a) Final report on the overall technical assistant provided, incl. analysis and recommendation forGoI including a final comprehensive analysis <strong>of</strong> linkage between lessons learned recoveryinitiatives at local level with initiatives at national level.(b) A full set <strong>of</strong> material produced during the overall assignment.
