F. richarD Bloechl 1932-2008<br />
Sought out as a <strong>Catholic</strong> <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Foundation</strong> Board<br />
Member beca<strong>us</strong>e of his leadership skills, involvement<br />
in philanthropic pursuits, and solid family values, F. richard<br />
“Dick” Bloechl gave the <strong>Foundation</strong> eleven years of<br />
dedicated service.<br />
As a Board Member from 1997 through 2001 and a valued<br />
member of the Estate Planning Committee, he helped expand<br />
the <strong>Foundation</strong> so it could do even more to benefit the <strong>Catholic</strong><br />
community. After 2001, he served on the <strong>Foundation</strong>’s Advisory<br />
Board and remained a strong supporter of the Crozier Gala<br />
with his wife, Eileen.<br />
the Eileen & richard Bloechl Family Fund at the <strong>Catholic</strong><br />
<strong>Community</strong> <strong>Foundation</strong> sponsors a Christian Service Award<br />
and supports other <strong>Catholic</strong> organizations.<br />
Dick passed away on thursday, September 4, 2008. We<br />
miss him and deeply appreciate all the work he did for the<br />
community through his leadership and support of the<br />
<strong>Foundation</strong>. May he rest in peace.<br />
