About the serviceThis service provides individual tenancy support topeople in the community, helping them to maintaintheir tenancies, prevent homelessness andcontinue to live independently.Who we support:We offer support with:• people whose tenancies areat risk• single homeless• people with low to mediummental health needs• young people at risk• people with mild learningdisabilities• people with physical/sensoryimpairment• drug/alcohol misuse• women fleeing domesticviolence• offenders and people at riskof offending.• managing tenancies toprevent homelessness• establishing new tenancies• housing options for homelessand vulnerable people• welfare benefits, maximisingincome and managing debt• accessing agencies that canhelp people to live on theirown• accessing local supportgroups and resources• employment, training andeducation.

Haringey Key SupportHow to apply/eligibility criteriaWe can help people who:• are aged 16-59 years of age• have a local connection with the Borough of Haringey• are single or a couple without dependent children (16+years)• have support needs that can be met by this service.We accept referrals from a wide range ofsources:• Social Services.• Housing Teams.• Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).• Young People's Services.• Drug and Alcohol Services.• Self referrals.If you wish to make a client referral or for questions aboutsupport please contact 020 7428 8500 for more information.
