I have come to find the Club asa great place to meet new people through Club events such as the monthlyHappy Hour hosted by the Young Members Committee, mentor luncheons, and the Valentine’s gala. I feel at home at the Club and the staff makes youfeel very welcomed.-- Jesse BerglandThe Minneapolis Club is not what I thought it to be: it is more than lunch. TheClub’s members and facilities have made the Club my home away from home.It has proven to be one of my savviest “investments”. I enjoy exercisingwith clean, state of the art equipment in a room which could also be a livingroom, and I think the trainers are not only experts but very personable. Themembers I’ve met are friendly, interesting and engaging...and have becomemy friends. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner is first rate. The Clubhas been a great place to entertain for business or with friends. The Club’slocation is convenient for banking, business, or shopping. The Club offersinteresting programs and opportunities to network.--Barry LazarusThe Minneapolis Club’s Community InvolvementMargaret LetoMembership DirectorMember AnnouncementsCongratulations to Greg and CarlaKummer as they welcomed babyDaniel Caleb to their family on 3/23/11.Congratulations to Andy and SarahTate as they welcomed baby Jackto their family on 5/16/11,Dear Members of the Minneapolis Club,My first day at the Club was May 31 st and it quickly became apparent that Iwasn’t the only one looking forward to this day. I was greeted with smiles allaround the club and I felt immediately at home. I am still struggling to findmy way around this maze, but am sure that I will get my bearings down soonenough. We had a minor setback with the large bakery oven and AC unitsbreaking down on the same day that Minneapolis experienced record settinghigh heat. The kitchen temperature topped out at a whopping 107 degrees!I am working my way through the kitchen, cooler by cooler, station by stationand will soon be starting to make changes to the menu. I am excited to showoff our new dishes and see what the Minneapolis Club members and guestswill think of it.Until then, Smaklig Måltid.
