With a name that embodies ourconfidence, we bring you the QSS-37HD series and anew meaning to the word “high quality”.An amazing resolution of 640 dpi (12 bits).This translates to 79 million pixelsfor an A3 size printUp to now, handling raw image data has been atroublesome affair. To solve this problem, Noritsu Kokihas formed a technical cooperation agreement withAdobe Systems. According to this agreement, rawimage conversion software is incorporated in the EZController, and raw image files are converted to theDNG file format, and then the images are enhancedwith Noritsu Koki’s “AccuSmart” image processingtechnology. Utilizing the technology made available inthis agreement, Noritsu Koki developed a system thatproduces optimal prints automatically, undergoing thesame basic process as when making prints from filmimages. This means you do not have to do anythingspecial to print raw image data. When the image is corrected, the overalllight in the image is reduced, but the pixelsrepresenting the highlight areas that were toolight are unsalvageable.All gradations are used,producing an image that isbalanced well.
