Rev. Kenneth Fisher – President of the WLHS ConferenceRev. Fisher joined WLHS in 2011 as Director of Mission Advancement with the institutionalplan for him to become the school’s next President, which became effective July 2012. For13 years prior, he served as senior pastor at Risen Savior Lutheran Church and School inMilwaukee, Wisconsin where under his leadership the church transitioned into a multiethnicministry with a staff over twenty which launched a school, which now serves over twohundred students in K4-8th, grew dramatically, and expanded its facilities several times. Heis a graduate of Northwestern College, has a Master of Divinity from Wisconsin LutheranSeminary, and is working towards a doctorate from Trinity Christian College.Rev. James R. Kleist – Executive Director of the WLHS FoundationRev. Kleist has served as Superintendent of WLHS since 1993 and became Executive Director of theWLHS Foundation July 2012. During his time at WLHS, he has overseen, with success, theSpreading Our Wings Capital Campaign and the Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders Major GiftCampaign, which, among many outcomes, helped to construct an academic wing for mathand science, a physical fitness center, a third gym for practice and an athletic stadiumcomplex at WLHS. Under Kleist’s guidance WLHS entered the Milwaukee Parental ChoiceProgram. Prior to serving at WLHS, Rev. Kleist was senior pastor at St. Paul's Ev. LutheranChurch in Cudahy, Wisconsin, for ten years. He is a member of the Association ofFundraising Professionals. Rev. Kleist has served on the WLCFS Board of Directors since1986 and is the current board chairman. He graduated from Northwestern College with aBachelor’s in Liberal Arts and from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary with a Master ofDivinity. Rev. Kleist is also a 1968 graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran High School.Mattew Bilitz – Director of Mission AdvancementMatt Bilitz, Director of Mission Advancement, has been with WLHS since 1998. He has taughtchemistry and general science and coached baseball and football. Over the last year, Bilitzwas the Associate Director of Mission Advancement. Bilitz is very active in student activities,has participated in WELS Kingdom Workers, and was the organizer of the Fishers of MenClassic at WLHS. He has a Bachelor’s from Wisconsin Lutheran College in Chemistry.Randel R. Fink – Director of OperationsFink joined WLHS as Business Manager in 2010, with a title change to Director ofOperations in 2012. Prior to that, he served 11 years as the Business Administrator atSt. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Muskego, Wisconsin. In Fink’s first year as BusinessManager at WLHS, he was instrumental in restructuring the campus maintenanceprogram. He also led the WLHS accounting team to achieve Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles (GAAP) level accounting records. Fink graduated from theUniversity of Minnesota with a degree in Business Management.WLHS July, 2012 Page 1

Eric P. Christophersen – Chairman, WLHS Board of DirectorsEric P. Christophersen currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the NorthwesternMutual Wealth Management Company. In this position he has overall responsibility forNorthwestern Mutual’s investment advisory business, trust services, fee-based financialplanning, Investment Products and Services (IPS) product development and IPScommunications. Christophersen joined Northwestern Mutual in 1984 as a systems analystin the Information Systems department and has held a variety of positions of increasingresponsibility in the Agency, Employer Product Marketing, Annuity and AccumulationProducts and Investment Products and Services departments. He transferred toCompliance Best Practices as vice president investment products compliance in February of2004 and was appointed vice president and executive officer of compliance/best practicesin 2006, before assuming his current role with the Wealth Management Company in May of 2010.Christophersen received a Bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University ofWisconsin-Parkside, Kenosha, Wisconsin, and his M.B.A. degree from Marquette University.WLHS July, 2012 Page 2
