<strong>Rev</strong>. <strong>Kenneth</strong> <strong>Fisher</strong> – <strong>President</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>WLHS</strong> <strong>Conference</strong><strong>Rev</strong>. <strong>Fisher</strong> joined <strong>WLHS</strong> in 2011 as Director <strong>of</strong> Mission Advancement with <strong>the</strong> institutionalplan for him to become <strong>the</strong> school’s next <strong>President</strong>, which became effective July 2012. For13 years prior, he served as senior pastor at Risen Savior Lu<strong>the</strong>ran Church and School inMilwaukee, Wisconsin where under his leadership <strong>the</strong> church transitioned into a multiethnicministry with a staff over twenty which launched a school, which now serves over twohundred students in K4-8th, grew dramatically, and expanded its facilities several times. Heis a graduate <strong>of</strong> Northwestern College, has a Master <strong>of</strong> Divinity from Wisconsin Lu<strong>the</strong>ranSeminary, and is working towards a doctorate from Trinity Christian College.<strong>Rev</strong>. James R. Kleist – Executive Director <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>WLHS</strong> Foundation<strong>Rev</strong>. Kleist has served as Superintendent <strong>of</strong> <strong>WLHS</strong> since 1993 and became Executive Director <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><strong>WLHS</strong> Foundation July 2012. During his time at <strong>WLHS</strong>, he has overseen, with success, <strong>the</strong>Spreading Our Wings Capital Campaign and <strong>the</strong> Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders Major GiftCampaign, which, among many outcomes, helped to construct an academic wing for mathand science, a physical fitness center, a third gym for practice and an athletic stadiumcomplex at <strong>WLHS</strong>. Under Kleist’s guidance <strong>WLHS</strong> entered <strong>the</strong> Milwaukee Parental ChoiceProgram. Prior to serving at <strong>WLHS</strong>, <strong>Rev</strong>. Kleist was senior pastor at St. Paul's Ev. Lu<strong>the</strong>ranChurch in Cudahy, Wisconsin, for ten years. He is a member <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Association <strong>of</strong>Fundraising Pr<strong>of</strong>essionals. <strong>Rev</strong>. Kleist has served on <strong>the</strong> WLCFS Board <strong>of</strong> Directors since1986 and is <strong>the</strong> current board chairman. He graduated from Northwestern College with aBachelor’s in Liberal Arts and from Wisconsin Lu<strong>the</strong>ran Seminary with a Master <strong>of</strong>Divinity. <strong>Rev</strong>. Kleist is also a 1968 graduate <strong>of</strong> Wisconsin Lu<strong>the</strong>ran High School.Mattew Bilitz – Director <strong>of</strong> Mission AdvancementMatt Bilitz, Director <strong>of</strong> Mission Advancement, has been with <strong>WLHS</strong> since 1998. He has taughtchemistry and general science and coached baseball and football. Over <strong>the</strong> last year, Bilitzwas <strong>the</strong> Associate Director <strong>of</strong> Mission Advancement. Bilitz is very active in student activities,has participated in WELS Kingdom Workers, and was <strong>the</strong> organizer <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Fisher</strong>s <strong>of</strong> MenClassic at <strong>WLHS</strong>. He has a Bachelor’s from Wisconsin Lu<strong>the</strong>ran College in Chemistry.Randel R. Fink – Director <strong>of</strong> OperationsFink joined <strong>WLHS</strong> as Business Manager in 2010, with a title change to Director <strong>of</strong>Operations in 2012. Prior to that, he served 11 years as <strong>the</strong> Business Administrator atSt. Paul’s Ev. Lu<strong>the</strong>ran Church in Muskego, Wisconsin. In Fink’s first year as BusinessManager at <strong>WLHS</strong>, he was instrumental in restructuring <strong>the</strong> campus maintenanceprogram. He also led <strong>the</strong> <strong>WLHS</strong> accounting team to achieve Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles (GAAP) level accounting records. Fink graduated from <strong>the</strong>University <strong>of</strong> Minnesota with a degree in Business Management.<strong>WLHS</strong> July, 2012 Page 1


Eric P. Christophersen – Chairman, <strong>WLHS</strong> Board <strong>of</strong> DirectorsEric P. Christophersen currently serves as <strong>the</strong> <strong>President</strong> and Chief Executive Officer <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> NorthwesternMutual Wealth Management Company. In this position he has overall responsibility forNorthwestern Mutual’s investment advisory business, trust services, fee-based financialplanning, Investment Products and Services (IPS) product development and IPScommunications. Christophersen joined Northwestern Mutual in 1984 as a systems analystin <strong>the</strong> Information Systems department and has held a variety <strong>of</strong> positions <strong>of</strong> increasingresponsibility in <strong>the</strong> Agency, Employer Product Marketing, Annuity and AccumulationProducts and Investment Products and Services departments. He transferred toCompliance Best Practices as vice president investment products compliance in February <strong>of</strong>2004 and was appointed vice president and executive <strong>of</strong>ficer <strong>of</strong> compliance/best practicesin 2006, before assuming his current role with <strong>the</strong> Wealth Management Company in May <strong>of</strong> 2010.Christophersen received a Bachelor’s degree in management information systems from <strong>the</strong> University <strong>of</strong>Wisconsin-Parkside, Kenosha, Wisconsin, and his M.B.A. degree from Marquette University.<strong>WLHS</strong> July, 2012 Page 2
