this property (we think it has its own zip code!) for a long weekend. Gather a few other funloving
families and start your bidding! It’s been said that one can see Russia from this spot! Enjoy
your own personal piece of the American River to swim in. Then after a full day of swimming
and being one with nature, you can ring the cocktail bell. Included in this package are opening
and closing duties, an outhouse (yippee), a Weber grill for cooking, a propane two burner grill, a
Coleman small stove and picnic tables. Use this $200 gift card from Mollie Stone’s to stock up on
your camping grub. This package is intended for a group of 4-5 camper savvy families only, up to
20 people, and not for organized troops. This package does not include camping gear, equipment

1017. Rip-Snorting Hoe-Down and Barn Dance! $7,500
All jump up and never come down! Swing your partner round and round! Promenade, go right
downtown”” to the “Barn” (also known as the Burlingame Recreation Center) for mouth-watering
BBQ and a rip-snorting hoe-down and barn dance. Fifty (50) lucky couples will join the fun
for a delicious dinner provided by the Old Texas BBQ Company, and a high-energy barn dance
called by local caller, Andy Wilson. With live, hand-clappin’, toe-tappin’, old-time fi ddle music,
you won’t be able to set still! Wear your sensible shoes and come on down ready to kick up your
heels in fun dances that even you can do, like the Virginia Reel and more. Dinner will include
mouth-watering tri-tip, chicken, ribs, sausage, cowboy beans, potato salad, green salad, watermelon,
fresh bread and Sibby’s Cupcakes. Of course there’ll be beer and other beverages. After
you’ve eaten your fi ll, we’ll tune up the fi ddle and start dancing - “”two left feet”” work just fi ne
